"Sustainability and CSR is the core of our organization. At Alpen Capital, we believe that all organisations that have grown and prospered in the country have a responsibility to give back to the community. We are extremely proud to be honoured with the CSR Label for a third year in a row. We encourage companies to apply for the CSR Label as it will provide them a solid framework to run their CSR practices", says Rohit Walia, Executive Chairman, Alpen Capital
The Dubai Chamber CSR Label has been designed to provide a diagnostic framework, learning and development tool that will help to refine and improve CSR strategy, policies and practices in the UAE. It provides a clear voluntary standard for CSR implementation in Dubai and elsewhere in the UAE; reviews, evaluates and gives feedback on companies’ CSR strategy and actions, and provides the ability for companies to communicate better with stakeholders about their CSR commitment and practice.
